No it does not promote weight loss at all it only makes you piss a lot, which arguably will loose you weight until you drink to replace.

Ok, I’ve never used the extract, so I would say follow label directions. However, I have been drinking green tea for weight loss, and it is working! Do you not like the taste of the tea? Try mixing it with regular brewed tea, about half and half. It is alot better that way. I’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, and I don’t exercise! Also green tea is great for the immune system, and helps prevent colds.

Buddy, I’m sorry, but drinking anything but water isn’t going to be good for you… Stop trying to loose weight by sitting at your computer, and get out there and RUN!

Burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight. Green Tea has nothing to do with it.

The person who talked about piss it right. Green tea has antioxidants so it is good for you but are you putting milk or sugar in it? If so you are prob gaining weight because it is a diuretic meaning it makes you pee. Sure people can lose 5 pounds whooo whooo but every 2 cups of water in the diet is 1 pound so you are not losing any weight just liquid and when you drink it back you will gain it back. You want to be hydrated too that is a good think when you are dehydrated you eat more when you are really just thirsty. I have ten tips to lose weight on my website so check them out. I know you want a supplement or quick way as do I and everyone else but it just does not work that way but you can do it if you make a few changes and keep them for life. Good luck

I wouldn’t use green tea supplement. Go out and buy real green tea. Putting the fluid into you will help supress your appitite on top of the slight increase in metabolism from the caffene and you’ll still get all the antioxidants.
