In her defense, … In her defense, it’s not hard to eat under 1000 calories without thinking twice. Before I began trying to lose weight, I started counting my calories and realized that I was under-eating. It was hard for me to hit 1200 daily, especially when I’m in the house most of the time. I could eat a footlong subway sandwich, 2 bowls of cereal and 2 single serving bags of chips and still not hit 1000.

ppl who make huge deals about dieting & things like that get on my nerves so much, becuz we all know u only say mean things to dieters & healthy eaters becuz u want to make excuses & feel better about being fat, u only want to justify ur own lard. >_>

i think your lying, … i think your lying, i,m also 5’8.5″ and 137 lbs and i eat healthy and am quite thin! you dont seem THAT skinny!! this is sending out the wrong message to people making them think its healthy to eat like this when its not!
I actually think … I actually think you’re really disciplined with diet/exercise after watching this video. I’m feeling inspired to step up my own routine haha! totally agree re: letting yourself have a treat once or twice a week, it’s essential to avoid cravings and binge tendencies. thanks for sharing

Many young south korean, northern chinese, taiwanese, and japanese men are over 175 cm. South korean, korean canadians, and korean americans have alot of men over 180 cm and women over 165 cm.
I eat high (healthy … I eat high (healthy) Saturated Fat Diet, I eat 2-3 cans of coconut milk (700+cal).
I’m on Paleo Diet, I don’t eat grains.
I’m 5’5” and 113lbs..
Just youtube caveman diet.
Remember, I eat HIGH HIGH fat diet, I am rarely hungry and my body slowly burn quality fuel, instead of carbs..carbs..
actually, if you do … actually, if you do breaststroke, your hurting your knees because your sort of putting your knee in a position that it shouldn´t be working in. Didn´t mean to be rude, just thought that it should be a good thing to know. i used to swim alot but since my knees are quite damaged already and i didn´t know that swimming hurt them, my gym teacher forbidded me to swim… doesn´t want that to happen to u
