    Thanks for sharing! I was doing biotin alone, and have seen a definite increase in growth and strength of my nails, and hair growth rate. The nutritional information on these pills is pretty impressive (I’m a physician). The serving size is 3 huge capsules per day, but definitely worth it after reading the reviews on this website. I think this would be helpful for those whom aren’t happy with the ‘anecodotal evidence’ that is available.
