@bhuri02 : Any fat … @bhuri02 : Any fat loss regimen will `help`you lose belly fat. People seem to avoid the èxercise`word. They are looking for a magic bullet. They don`t exist. It is about calories in my experience. Only when I have a good balance between my caloric intake and expenditure, by being resonably active, will my weight be stable and healthy. Low-fat, high carb has always been good to me!
@LionelsDevil … @LionelsDevil studies he is using is from one of the well known medical journals. don’t forget that most of our health care benefits advantages and disadvantages do come from these studies. We highly rely on these studies because this is the only way you could tell if something is working or not. And yes, changing your food intake will help with your belly fat, there are certain food that targets your belly fat.
Sorry sir, but … Sorry sir, but there are 2 points of criticism that I have to give you:
1st: Saying that changing your food intake will selectively burn the fat from where you want it is VERY inappropriate. The most problematic areas (belly, behind, thighs) are problematic because they are the golden fat reserves of the body.
2nd: Please, do not use studies or surveys as your proof, it decreases your credibility, just try to use simple biology to do so. (You can thank teleshopping for discreditating studies)

Once I didn’t eat for 3 hours before bed, like Dr Hyman suggested; then my stomach started to rumble, so I had one slice of toast.
