Ok, weight loss suplements dont make you loose weight. They suck up the fluids in your body. You will gain the weight back the next day. Supplements suck. Just go to the gym and cut done on calories. References :
Hi, I’m not into weight loss supplements. I’m more into whole nutrients supplements. I tell myself to think good health and then my bonus effect was a healthy balanced weight with the right Fat% and VFA (fat in the abdomen region). My health supplement is a whole food nutrient. i use green tea pills and they do work there more healthy for you because it just green tea died and with yeast in the pill what the pill does is keeps moving and you will not want to eat to much. and there is another pill that does the same thing it is called relacore. and also you can drink green tea and my husband saids that eating spicily food helps too. First and foremost, get a physical and blood work performed to make sure that you are healthy (not that I have any doubts but for your own help) and to make sure your thyroids are working well. If you find that you are not losing weigh sufficiently, maybe your doctor can prescribe a small one week supply of synthroid (T-4) or cytomel (T-3); both are used to assist the thyroids in speeding up metabolism.
If not, I would recommend L-Carnitine (an amino acid which converts bodyfat into energy) and chromium picolinate (200 mcg. There are other fatloss supplements that contain green tea extract or cayenne pepper that work great.
But I must point out the most obvious, you cannot expect to use supplements only to lose weight. You must still exercise and diet. The supplements will elevate the process of weight loss. References : Strength & fitness training since 1985.
