    You are me.
I also have a sailor husband, we are also expecting in November, and I am also suddenly eating everything in sight. I’ve been perfectly fine throughout the whole pregnancy and then BANG… eat eat eat.
It is frightening me. I used to be very weight and health conscious and I find myself diving into potato chips and banana bread.

How about we make a pact to have one healthy, good day tomorrow, and let that set the pace for the rest of the week?

you seem overweight already from ur picture so can be hard to cut down on foods you enjoy! you could see food as a treat, like eat ur fav food once a week, thinking of the health of ur baby should be enough to eat more healthily, if you are getting more hungry just eat more of the healthier options or wholegrains which fill u up for longer, porridge is good for that.

lol i kinda know what you mean…i’ve been eating really well since about a few weeks ago.. i think its largely due to being tired and not wanting to fork out the energy to make up something healthy, i have been eating A lot of heavier foods and less veg than normal, i wouldn’t worry about it too much, just try and eat a bit of everything everyday, especially fresh fruits and veg
