I would read about the different teas, there are many chinese teas that can help with weight loss.  Green, white, Pu-erh, Oolong (also known as Wu-long), Baozhong, Wu-yi, and black tea.  Each has benefits.  This article here talks about each of them in turn (about the third paragraph).  I think this will help you learn more.

I think Oolong or Green tea is the best bet for weight loss.
