Diet Plan – Lose 52lbs in 2 1/2 months
Keeping this diet as strict as possible and keep in mind you HAVE to eat on a schedule and 3 times a day in order for it to work.
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit or 1 cup of grapefruit juice (unsweetened) 2 Eggs any style.
1 Slice of bacon.
Lunch
1/2 Grapefruit or 1 cup of grapefruit juice (unsweetened)
Salad, any dressing.
Meat, any style, any amount.
Dinner
1/2 Grapefruit or 1 cup of grapefruit juice (unsweetened) Meat, any style, any amount. Fish may be substituted. Vegetables, any green or red (cooked in butter or any seasoning) Or salad as above.
Coffee or Tea, 1 cup.
Instructions
1. In any meal, you can eat until you cannot eat anymore.
2. Don’t eliminate anything from the diet, expecially don’t skip bacon or salads. It is certain combination of food that will BURN FAT!
3. The grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that helps the burning process.
4. Cut down on coffee as it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup per meal.
5. Don’t eat between meals. If you eat the combination of foods suggested you will not be hungry.
6. The diet completely eliminates STARCHES and SUGARS which are lipids and forms fat so you can put butter on vegetables. DO NOT USE MARGARINES.
7. DO NOT eat dessert. breads, white vegetables, and sweet potatoes. You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad, or vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed. The more of the proper combination of foods, the more you will lose.
8. You can lose 10lbs in 10 days. There will be no loss in the first four days; however, you will lose 5lbs on the fifth. Thereafter, you will lose 1-1 1/2 lbs every 2 days until you are where you want to be.
9. The diet is given to heart patients needing to lose weight fast for by-pass surgery. All soft drinks need to be diet and caffeine free!
You MAY NOT have: White onions, potatoes, celery, pastas, sugars, grains, flour.
You MAY have: Red onions, Broccoli, cabbage, Bell Peppers, Green Onions, Carrots, Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Leaf Lettuce.
LEMONS WORK MIRACLES
In addition to this diet, to help you lose unwanted cellulite, and extra hanging fatty tissue just squeeze one fresh lemon in 8oz boiling water, 3 times per day or more if desired.
Drink as you would coffee or tea. DO NOT add sweetner.

Step 1: Prevent sun damage
Protect your skin from sun damage every single day, year-round, by wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF 15including on your lips. And wear sunglasses to prevent squinting.

Step 2: Curb sweets

Apply a daily face cream containing the ingredient retinol, a form of vitamin A that boosts collagen, plus a few of the following antioxidants that prevent wrinkles by protecting skin against free-radical damage: vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, green tea, acai berry, caffeine, and selenium.
Tip: To make sure you’re getting the most anti-wrinkle bang for your buck, look for a cream that lists an antioxidant-containing nutrient as one of the first five ingredients.
Step 6: Moisturize before bed
Apply moisturizer just before you go to bed. Dehydrated skin creases more easily, leading to lines. To further minimize wrinkling, sleep on your back.
Step 7: Don’t smoke
Don’t smoke, and avoid second-hand smoke. Smoking depletes your skin of oxygen and essential nutrients like vitamin A. It also damages collagen and elastin fibers, which are key to maintaining elasticity.
Step 8: Limit booze
Limit alcohol intake. Alcohol dehydrates skin, leading to wrinkling. When you do drink, choose red wine, which offers antioxidants to offset alcohol’s negative impact.
