is my diet OK or could it/should it improve?

So i’ve just restarted my healthy eating regime after bingeing on anything I could get my hands on: crisps, cakes, chocolate, burgers… my skin looks terrible and I feel like sH*it!

So my new diet goes like this:

breakfast: Bowl of porridge with semi-skimmed milk, an apple, cup of hot water.

Snack: ryvita with a super thin coating of butter.

Lunch: cous cous, green pepper, tinned mackerel.

Snack: probiotic plain yogurt, grapefruit

Dinner: salmon and avocado salad, with peri peri sauce for dressing

Snack: a peach.

Drinks throughout the day consisting of water, hot water, peppermint tea, green tea.

is there anything I should add?

To me it looks pretty good. But I think that you should definitely add more fruit and vegetables and you need more calcium every day.
