0 Lemon Detox day 3 of 20 (Disgusting saltwater flush)Why hello there, I’m doing a 20 day detox diet. It is also known as “The Master Cleanse”, “The Lemonade Diet”, and “The Lemon Detox Diet”

Approx 6 times a day, I drink a big glass of Detox Lemonade. Each time it contains:
2Tbsp 100% Maple Syrup
2Tbsp Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
A pinch of Cajun pepper
Tepid water

oh, and at night I will drink slimming herbal tea and every morning I will drink a litre of luke warm salt water….its gross.

Why am I doing this?
Well… I’m curious to see the effects…and I’m bored

So far, this is what I’ve had to eat/drink today.
(It is 1:19 PM)

Breakfast:
A few bites of Sugar free Oatmeal.
* DID NOT EAT THE ENTIRE PACKAGE, BECAUSE I DIDN’T LIKE IT*
Some water.

Lunch:
Chinese Take-out..
General Tso Chicken with Fried Rice.
McDonalds Iced Tea..

Have I ruined my diet today?
I feel kind of like I have?
What things can I do to feel good/work off what I’ve eaten?
I do have a trampoline and a treadmill, but I’m so full right now, that moving isn’t a top-priority at the moment.. Jeez I’m lazy.. lol
