Here are the products that I was talking about in my first video that my mom will be using to see if she loses weight. She has lost 3 pounds so fat, however she did have a couple bad days where she cheated!
So the products are great, and she says she has gotten more energy since she has been using them. She loves the tea and the flavor of the shake.

Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix is used with the Personalized Protein Powder which should be replaced with 2 of your daily meals. It is basically your food. For example like I stated in the video, my mom is replacing her morning and dinner meal with the shake.
Multivitamin is all the vitamins you need. Which means you are replacing all your vitamins you are currently taking with this. It has tons of vitamins. Provides 22 essential vitamins and minerals. Make sure you have enough water and maybe ice so it is not to strong. It doesnt taste to great when you dont have enough water in it.
H3O is good for those who exercise a lot and just need a lot of energy. It is suppose to hydrate and protect. It comes in all kinds of flavor like the Lifeoff. It has powerful antioxidants to protect your body from oxidative stress.
